How Not To Lose Belly Fat

The problem with this exercise (check below video) is that it just is NOT going to help you burn any fat from anywhere let alone your stomach. Remember, you can not target fat stores through working out select muscle groups. One benefit that this exercise might have is that it will help to strengthen and tone the “transverse abdominis”.
